A Sebastopol-area man who has been arrested four times for drunken driving was arrested again Monday after he was found slumped over the wheel of a vehicle at a gas station, police said.

Gregory Lloyd Marquardt, 31, was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after an employee at the Robbie Rotten gas station on Healdsburg Avenue notified Sebastopol police about 2:45 p.m. that a man appeared to be passed out at the wheel.

Marquardt was later determined to have a blood alcohol level of .25 percent, police said.

Marquardt’s four prior arrests for drunken driving occurred between 2003 and 2014. Police said he has an outstanding warrant in Arkansas related to the 2014 arrest.

He was booked into the Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of drunken driving, driving on a revoked driver’s license and probation violations. His bail was set at $76,000.
