Fight in Sebastopol injures three, one stabbed

Sebastopol police are looking for a man suspected of injuring three people Monday during a pre-dawn fight that sent one to a hospital with a stab wound.

Officers were called at 5 a.m. about a fight at a home on Golden Ridge Avenue, Sebastopol police Sgt. Mike Nielsen said.

“One person was stabbed, one person was punched in the face and one was cut trying to separate” the fighters, Nielsen said.

The stabbing victim’s injury wasn’t believed to be life threatening. He was taken to Sonoma West Medical Center in Sebastopol.

The suspect left the home before police arrived but they know his name and are looking for him as a suspect in an assault with a deadly weapon.
