New tasting cave at Roth Estate

Bill Foley of Foley Family Wines has opened a new Foley Food and Wine Society cave at Roth Estate in Healdsburg that features two wine cellars and a tasting bar pouring limited production Foley Family Wines.

The 8,500-square-foot cave boasts handcrafted doors leading to the cellars, an intricate ceiling finished with nearly 30,000 bricks and a back wall open to showcase soil, including volcanic tuff and ash.
