Three Sticks Wines offers new pairing program at The Adobe in Sonoma
Three Sticks Wines has just introduced a new food and wine pairing program at The Adobe, its new tasting salon in downtown Sonoma. Three Sticks, with winemaker Bob Cabral at the helm, has partnered with El Dorado Kitchen to bring a new tasting experience to The Adobe. By appointment, guests can sample Three Sticks wines paired to locally sourced dishes by chef Armando Navarro. The Adobe, located in the center of downtown Sonoma, is one of the last standing buildings from California’s Mexican Period, originally a residence, and the restorations by San Francisco designer Ken Fulk were completed at the end of last year. There are two tasting options: a private luncheon ($200 per guest) and the small bites pairing experience ($85 per guest) offered Monday through Saturday for groups of two to eight by reservation.
