Celebrate Oktoberfest, drink beer for a good cause at Lagunitas Brewing Company

Help raise money for Ceres Community Project during CeresFest on Tuesday at Lagunitas in Petaluma.|

The Ceres Community Project will throw a Ceres-style Oktoberfest at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, at Lagunitas Brewing Company in Petaluma.

The benefit includes a delicious, organic dinner and music by Tommy Thomsen, a boogie-woogie guitarist who is in the Western Swing Hall of Fame.

Tickets cost $25, including dinner, or $12.50 ages 5 to 12, with all proceeds going to Ceres Community Project, a nonprofit that teaches teens to cook and provides healthy meals for people dealing with serious illnesses.
