This wine list is for people on a budget who consider themselves world citizens of wine, with domestic bottlings and imports in the mix. Wines include a Sonoma County white blend, a riesling from Washington and a garnacha from Spain, all priced at $15 or under. All are available locally.

Borsao, 2013 Borja Spain Garnacha, 14.5 percent alcohol, $9. This full-bodied garnacha has cherry fruit, coupled with notes of violet and black pepper. Spicy finish. An impressive value wine.

Bogle, 2013 California Sauvignon Blanc, 13.5 percent, $10. This is a lively sauvignon blanc with bright acidity. Notes of lemongrass, lime and white pepper in the mix. Crisp finish. Refreshing.

Pine Ridge, 2014 Chenin Blanc Viognier, 12.5 percent, $15. This is a great marriage of two striking varietals. The result is harmonious. Aromas and flavors of peach, honeydew and melon. Lingering finish. Top rate, particularly at this price point.

Pedroncelli, Friends.white, 2014 Sonoma County White Wine Blend, 13.5 percent, $12. This white has quite a range - passion fruit, lime, grapefruit and a kiss of honey. Citrusy finish. A great quaffer.

Kung Fu Girl, 2014 Evergreen, Columbia Valley, Washington Riesling, 12 percent, $12. This wine continues to turn heads. Aromas and flavors of bright apricot, mango and mineral. Crisp acidity. Nice length. It’s a steal at this price.
