On Saturday Oct. 17, 2015, Daniel Mechling, son of David and Mona Mechling from Rohnert Park, was united in marriage to Kimberly Kline, daughter of Candace and Michael Norman from Chesapeake, Va. Carson Small, the 5-year-old son of the bride, walked his mother down the aisle of the Yacht Club at Marina Shores in Virginia Beach, Va.

Kimberly is a graduate of Indian River High School in Chesapeake, Va., and Tidewater Community College. She is manager of training at Panera Bread in Suffolk, Va. Daniel attended Rancho Cotate High School in Rohnert Park and after graduation went to Santa Rosa Junior College, receiving his certificate as an Emergency Medical Technician. He is attached to Norfolk Naval Air Station as a Petty Officer 3rd class. They reside in Chesapeake.
