Pedigreed felines and costumed kitties kept a regal bearing Saturday at the annual Santa Rosa Cat Show.

The event featured cat agility demonstrations and a costume contest. Up to eight judges examined and scored cats and kittens in the all-breed cat show.

In between, the Persians and Devon Rexes hung out in pop-up shelters, some with their own miniature couches or hammocks.

The event continues Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Spectators can vote for a favorite feline and take home a shelter cat.
