On Tuesday, Feb. 14, Robert Hayes and Tess Coleman stood before Supervisor Susan Gorin to vow their commitment to each other in a Valentine's Day wedding ceremony. They are just one of several Sonoma County couples who chose to tie the knot on a day reserved for celebrating love.
