July went by in a flash...of a camera lens, that is. From holiday celebrations to car accidents, the county has seen its share of joy and pain, and Press Democrat photographers were there every step of the way.

They were there when our homeless neighbors were evicted from Santa Rosa's “Homeless Hill.” They captured the glee of children splashing around at Healdsburg's Water Carnival. They chronicled the development and growth of Sonoma County's legal marijuana industry.
