EDITOR: Big oil's gasoline price hike excuse department is once again burning the midnight oil to come up with yet another reason for the most recent climb in prices. Oil companies say it's due to "down time at some refineries for regularly scheduled maintenance." Oh, maintenance, that's right. Geez, I forgot all about that stuff. Here I thought they were just ripping us off again. Silly me.
