Bishop and youth

EDITOR: In recent letters, Bishop Robert Vasa stands criticized for his insistence on responsibilities for the "straight" society. The bishop has a belief that sex is about producing offspring, a family of father and mother who have the responsibilities to show respect for one another and train their progeny in morals, character and skills needed in preparing them to contribute to society.

The bishop merely wishes to encourage our youth to respect the dictums of those 3,500-year-old inspired moral rules of Moses that were passed onto the Gentiles (the rest of us) 2,000 years ago by a Nazarene Jew. Those who flagrantly break these simple dictums can be accepted with guarded caution.
