Candidates forum on county roads set for Wednesday in Windsor

Candidates in the race for the 4th District Sonoma County Supervisor seat are scheduled to appear at a discussion on county roads Wednesday in Windsor.

The event is being organized by the local advocacy group Save Our Sonoma Roads.

Susan Klassen, director of the county's Department of Transportation and Public Works, will answer questions and discuss plans to address the county roads situation. Sonoma County's roads have consistently ranked at the bottom of Bay Area pavement condition indexes.

The free event will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Windsor Grange Hall, 9161 Starr Road.
