A kangaroo court

EDITOR: Now that the real judge and jury have found Efren Carrillo not guilty, Supervisor Shirlee Zane has set up a kangaroo court of her own at the board chambers. She has condemned Carrillo to resign, claiming she can't work with him any longer. Since he was elected just like she was, maybe it's Zane who should resign.
