Authorities investigate suspected double homicide in Mendocino County

Sheriff's officials are investigating a suspected double homicide discovered Monday morning at a rural Laytonville home.

They were summoned to the Woodman Peak area residence by a person who discovered the two bodies just after 10 a.m., said Mendocino County Sheriff's Capt. Greg Van Patten.

No other information is being released at this time.
