Sonoma Wine Accessories has acquired the assets of International Wine Accessories, a Santa Rosa-based catalog and online seller of wine racks, accessories and cellar storage equipment.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
"As an innovator in the wine storage industry for over 29 years, IWA has built a loyal customer base that is irreplaceable," Sonoma Wine Accessories owner Ben Argov said in a statement.
Based in Cotati, Sonoma Wine Accessories is a unit of Planet One Products, Inc., whose brands also include Le Cache Premium Wine Cabinets and CellarPro Cooling Systems.
International Wine Accessories was a division of Vintage Wine Estates, which was formed in 2009 two years after co-founder Leslie Rudd acquired IWA from Foster's Group.
IWA's operations will be moved over the next three months to Cotati, where Planet One's other brands are largely based. It will operate as an independent brand, with an emphasis on commercial and wholesale accounts.
