Ramekins hosts dinner with Ben Flajnik of 'The Bachelor'

Ramekins will host a winemaker dinner with winemaker Ben Flajnik of Envolve Winery - better known as the rose-bestowing star of this season's ABC reality series "The Bachelor" - at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at the culinary school in Sonoma.

The 28-year-old Flajnik, who was rejected during the emotional finale of last season's "The Bachelorette," created the boutique winery in 2008 with his childhood friend, Michael Benziger, then joined with another childhood friend and Sonoma native, Danny Fay. All three wine-making partners will be at the event.

The four-course dinner created by Ramekins Executive Chef Doug MacFarland will feature seasonal and local foods, paired with Envolve wines.

Tickets to the dinner are $120; $150 includes VIP reception at 5:45 p.m. To reserve, call 933-0450 or book online at ramekins.com.

Ramekins is located at 450 West Spain St. For more information on Envolve Winery, go to envolvewinery.com.
