So why does "The Simpsons'" funny annual Halowe'en show, "Treehouse of Horrors," air this Sunday night (8 p.m., KTVU-TV) instead of last Sunday just before the spooky holiday? . A. The World Series, even though there wasn't a Game Seven. This 17th "Treehouse" installmewnt -- it's run after Halowe'en the last four years -- may be one of the funniest yet: Bart summons Golem, a character from Jewish mythology, back from the dead. Also: There's a take-off on Orson Welles' classic "War of The Worlds" radio hoax, and Springfield's residents flee in horror from an "alien attack." D'oh.
