Bridge closures ahead

Several bridges around Petaluma will shut overnight this week - find out where.|

Petaluma road crews closed lanes of the East Washington Street bridge over the river Monday night for a resurfacing project, and similar work is ahead for other bridges.

Four bridge resurfacing projects are taking place in Petaluma this week. The bridge decks are being resealed to protect the concrete, the city said in a statement about the work.

Monday's Washington bridge closure will be followed by the closure of the Sartori Drive bridge from 2 p.m. until midnight on Tuesday, June 10, and the closure of the Lakeville and Payran street bridges over the river from 8 p.m. June 11 until 5 a.m. the next day.
