Small earthquake rattles The Geysers

A small earthquake struck Monday morning near The Geysers.

No damage or injuries were reported from the magnitude 3.1 quake, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. A handful of nearby residents reported mild shaking after the 6:09 a.m. quake.

The epicenter was three miles northwest of The Geysers and 27 miles northwest of Santa Rosa.
