Letter of the Day: Acceptable terrorism

Acceptable terrorism

EDITOR: On Saturday, 96 people were killed and hundreds injured by terrorist bombs in Iraq. Dozens were killed and hundreds injured by bullets and grenades in Kenya. Alas, nary a molecule of poison gas was used in either incident. Conventional terrorism has returned. Did anyone even blink? Normality, as defined by modern society, has been restored. Poison gas shall not be tolerated but bombs and bullets will.
