Raiders visit Andrew Luck, Colts to start 2013 season

The Raiders unveiled their 2013 schedule Thursday, with three of their most attractive games on the road.

They visit the Indianapolis Colts and Andrew Luck on Sept. 8 to start the season, go to Denver for their only Monday night game on Sept. 23, and journey to Dallas for a Thanksgiving Day game on Nov. 24.

The Raiders get a bye Oct. 20 after six games, then return with back-to-back home games against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Oct. 27 and the Philadelphia Eagles on Nov. 3.

Oakland's schedule gets much tougher after the Eagles leave town, with four road games in a five-week span including the Turkey Day visit to the Cowboys. The Raiders' only home game in that stretch is a Nov. 24 meeting with the Tennessee Titans.

The Raiders' first regular-season home game is Sept. 15, when the Jacksonville Jaguars visit the Coliseum for the second straight season.

Raiders fans get a look at Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III on Sept. 29 and Peyton Manning on Dec. 29 in the regular-season finale.
