The technological constractors who built the Healthcare.gov website that has been plagued with problems, brought to mind the cast of characters from Scott Adams' Dilbert comic strip.

Letter of the Day: Running like a business

Running like a business

EDITOR: I don't understand the brouhaha about the problems with the computer system for the Affordable Care Act. We are constantly hearing that government should be run more like a business. For years, Microsoft, perhaps the most successful business in the history of the world, has been rolling out defective operating systems and relying on its paying customers to spend their time and money being beta test sites for the product. As far as I can tell, this is exactly what just happened with the Affordable Care Act system. Welcome to government being run more like a business.
