Annadel's needs
EDITOR: If you utilize Annadel State Park, obey the rules, stay on marked trails, pay your fees and/or volunteer to help maintain this beautiful piece of land. Stop whining about the management, and step up if you have ideas or suggestions.
If you see trash, pick it up. Biking and hiking off trail is dangerous and destructive to the eco-structure. It is appalling to me to see 30 to 40 cars parked on Channel Drive and four in the (fee) parking lot; interestingly enough, of the 30 to 40 cars, trucks and SUVs, most are high-end value vehicles, so you think forking over $6 to $8 (or buying an annual pass) will break your bank?
Stop being entitled users, and chip in so this park can flourish beyond your immediate selfish use. Oh, and by the way, a hiker/walker has no chance if that biker is barreling down a trail and should hit a rock or root. But then again, it's not about anyone but you, right?
