Stabbed in the back

EDITOR: I must say, excellent Photoshop work. The picture on Page A3 of Sunday's paper of Secretary of State John Kerry with his hand on the back of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. I can't see any sign of the knife.
