Fires burn in Napa, Sonoma counties

That fire was 10 percent contained at 7 a.m., Cal Fire said.

The Napa County fire prompted mandatory evacuations east of Silverado Trail around Soda Canyon Road, in the areas of Loma Vista, Shady Oaks and Ridge drives, Cal Fire and Napa County sheriff's personnel said.

That fire started around 9:30 p.m. Thursday and was 50 percent contained Friday morning, Cal Fire said.
