Wednesday, July 3

Analy High School - 6950 Analy Ave., Sebastopol

The 40th Annual Sebastopol Kiwanis Fireworks and Music Festival will be held at the Analy High School Football Field. Bring your family and friends along with low lawn chairs and blankets and a enjoy an evening of great music, games, prizes, raffle, delicious foods: Martha's Mexico, Mary's Pizza, Hopmonk BBQ, Hotdogs, Screamin Mimi's Ice Cream, popcorn, coffee/apple pie and desserts. Music featuring Fresh Cut Grass, BlueShift and the Rhythm Rangers. Gates open at 5:30 p.m., fireworks at 9:40 p.m.

Keiser Park - 700 Windsor River Rd., Windsor

Windsor's "Kaboom" Independence Day celebration includes music from Pride & Joy and Brothers of Siren, a huge Kids Zone, and every paid admission gets a $5 gift card to Driven Raceway. Once evening hits, so will the fireworks and laser show. Gates open at 4 p.m. Parking $5 at Windsor High School. Admission is $3, or VIP access for $40.

Thursday, July 4

Sonoma County Fairgrounds - 1350 Bennett Valley Rd., Santa Rosa

The annual Red, White & Boom celebration included music from Wonderbread 5, Pat Jordan Band, and Court 'n' Disaster. Many different activities at Sonoma County's largest 4th of July event, with proceeds benefiting Children's Museum and underprivileged youth. $5-$10, 4 & under free. Gates open at 4 p.m.

Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds - 175 fairgrounds Dr., Petaluma

Beginning at 3 p.m., there will be family activities, games, contests, live music, local food, and more. The fireworks begin at 9:20 p.m. $1-$2 admission, 3 & under free.

General Vallejo's Home - 400 West Spain St., Sonoma

Head over to the front of Estate Restaurant following the Sonoma Plaza celebration for an evening of fireworks that echo throughout the valley.

Healdsburg High School - 360 Monte Vista Ave., Healdsburg

The American Legion Sotoyome 111 will shoot off fireworks from the athletic fields beginning at dark, and lasting for a full 40 minutes. But don't miss the kids parade and music by the Russian River Ramblers at Healdsburg Plaza earlier in the day, presented by the Rotary Club of Healdsburg.

Cloverdale High School

Once dusk hits, the place to be is gathered around the football field to see the brilliant show light up the Cloverdale night sky. Donations accepted for admission.

Green Music Center - 1801 E. Cotati Ave., Rohnert Park

A musical celebration, accompanied by a brilliant fireworks display. The music begins with the revival of a community tradition – a family-friendly Independence Day orchestral concert amidst an afternoon of festivities, culminating in a dazzling fireworks display across the Sonoma County skies. $45-$85 Gates open at 7:30 p.m.

Monte Rio Beach

The whole weekend is reserved for an Independence Day celebration, from the Big Rocky Games, the Firefighters BBQ, the Water Carnival Boat Parade, and the Water Curtain. Following the Water Curtain on Saturday, fireworks will light up the West County skies for a spectacular show.
