5-day Sonoma-Marin Fair kicks off Wednesday

Ugly dogs, fast pigs and rockers with black hearts -- they are all coming to the Sonoma-Marin Fair, beginning Wednesday.

The five-day event runs through next Sunday at the Petaluma Fairgrounds.

Highlights include the 22nd annual World's Ugliest Dog Contest on Friday and a long lineup of award-winning chef presentations, pig races, and concerts by Pablo Cruise, Tower of Power, Clay Walker and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
