Man hospitalized after fall from Santa Rosa parking garage

A man was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with serious injuries Sunday evening after falling from the parking garage of Santa Rosa Plaza, according to authorities.

It was unclear late Sunday whether the man, who was not identified, jumped on purpose or if the fall was an accident. Emergencies crews were called to the scene at Fifth and Morgan streets at 6:30 p.m.

The man did not fall from the upper level, according to Santa Rosa Police.
