EDITOR: Mitt Romney's vice presidential pick, Rep. Paul Ryan, is famous as the author of the Republican budget. This budget loots Medicare and Medicaid to fund lavish new tax breaks for the wealthy and weapons for the military. I say keep your greedy government hands off our Medicare.
