Rookie running back Glen Coffee will start in place of Frank Gore, whom Singletary decided to rest tonight. Veteran receiver Isaac Bruce will also not be in uniform for the game.
Neither Gore nor Bruce is injured.
The injured 49ers who will not play are: linebacker Patrick Willis (ankle), Brown (toe), guard David Baas (foot), running back Michael Robinson (groin), tight end Delanie Walker (concussion), receiver Brandon Jones (shoulder) and defensive lineman Ray McDonald (knee).
