Petaluma 7-Eleven robbed by masked gunman

Petaluma Police are searching for man who robbed the 7-Eleven store on Perry Lane early Saturday morning.

At about 2 a.m., a man wearing a ski mask, black gloves and a black jacket walked into the convenience store at 860 Perry Lane and brandished a gun in front of the clerk.

The suspect then demanded money from the cash register and after receiving an undisclosed amount fled east on Baywood Avenue, police said.

Petaluma police responding to the scene were unable to locate the suspect in the area. Police said that anyone with information about the crime should call (707) 778-4372.
