Petaluma Adobe Living History Day on Saturday

Experience a day from the 1840s on Saturday at Petaluma Adobe State Park, as costumed park volunteers bring history to life through skits and crafts.

The annual Petaluma Adobe Living History Day will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Adobe Road state park in east Petaluma.

Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic, dress for being outside and get involved in the candle making and basket weaving.

Volunteers also will perform skits representing life in the era.

The cost is $3 for ages 17 and up, $2 for ages 6-16 and no charge for 5 and under.

The park is at 3325 Adobe Road.
