EDITOR: The recent news from Mexico is indeed troubling. Forty-nine headless bodies were found on a highway outside of Monterrey. This is just the latest in a catastrophe spinning out of control. Yet there is a simple solution to this problem. If Americans stopped using illegal drugs today, Mexico would be at peace tomorrow.
