Equal treatment

EDITOR: The Catholic Church hierarchy is threatening lawsuits relative to providing employee insurance coverage for women's health care (contraceptives) in their tax-supported entities (i.e. schools, hospitals etc.) while not questioning the coverage of Viagra and similar drugs for men. Both drugs have multiple medical effects and usages.

They are not as adamant about abiding by the law of the land in reporting the pedophile priests they've sheltered from prosecution. The long-term devastation to child welfare is horrendous.

No one is suggesting anyone of the Catholic faith must utilize these benefits; rather employer obligation to provide fair and equal coverage in the workplace for all denominations is to be expected.
