Burglary reported at Middletown bank

Burglars broke into a Middletown bank and stole money from an ATM machine, Lake County sheriff's officials reported.

Employees arriving for work Monday at the Tri Counties Bank discovered the crime at the Lake County bank.

Sheriff's officials said the burglars apparently got in sometime Saturday night.

The amount of money taken wasn't disclosed.

Officials asked anyone with information to contact deputies at 263-2690.
