Man injured in Guerneville fence crash

A single-car crash into a fence near Guerneville sent a man to the hospital early Wednesday morning.

Several callers reported the crash on the 14300 block of McLane Avenue around 6:25 a.m., saying that a Mini Cooper had driven through a fence. Emergency responders found the man out of the vehicle and injured, though it’s unclear whether he got out himself or was thrown from the car.

They took him to the hospital “Code 2,” indicating that he suffered moderate, rather than life-threatening, injuries.
