A driver flipped their truck early Tuesday after crashing off of Bodega Highway, quickly followed by an apparent second crash at the spot involving two vehicles, according to the CHP.

An ambulance was responding to the collisions, which started at about 7:30 a.m. near Ferguson Road, just west of Sebastopol.

Initially, a pickup left the rural highway and drove through a fence and hit a tree, overturning. Initial reports indicated the driver was trapped inside.

Within a couple of minutes, calls to 911 reported a second crash at the same location. That crash involved two small sedans whose drivers apparently weren’t injured, according to CHP reports.
