PHOENIX — A woman accused of trying to sneak aboard multiple flights and sentenced to jail for one incident in California has been arrested at a Phoenix airport.

Police say 62-year-old Marilyn Jean Hartman was taken into custody Tuesday near baggage claim at Sky Harbor International Airport on suspicion of criminal trespass.

Police are requesting a mental health evaluation for Hartman, who was recently ordered to spend 117 days in jail for violating probation by returning to Los Angeles International Airport. She served a fraction of her sentence and was released because of overcrowding.

Earlier this month, Hartman was removed from Sky Harbor and given a trespass warning after she attempted to enter a security checkpoint without a ticket.

Police say airport personnel on Tuesday recognized Hartman loitering around a checkpoint and without an airline ticket.
