Five candidates for Windsor Town Council are set to participate in a candidates forum on Thursday, sponsored by the League of Women Voters.

They are vying for three seats up for grabs.

The only council member running for re-election is Sam Salmon, running for a record sixth term. Incumbents Robin Goble and Steve Allen decided not to seek re-election.

The candidates for Town Council include energy consultant Frank Di Massa; Planning Commission Chairman and businessman Dominic Foppoli; Mark Millan, a planning commissioner and water supply adviser; and Evan Zelig, a defense attorney.

The forum begins at 6:30 p.m. at Windsor Town Hall, 9291 Old Redwood Highway.
