The daughter of a slain San Francisco porn mogul was sentenced Wednesday to more than two years in prison for using counterfeit credit cards at the Graton Resort and Casino near Rohnert Park.

Jasmine M. Mitchell, 34, a former Sonoma Valley resident, was arrested at the casino Feb. 23 when she used the fake card to get a cash advance, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

She was found with numerous other counterfeit credit cards in the names of other people, the federal prosecutors said.

Mitchell posted bail and was arrested in May outside a Tiburon hotel by Sonoma County sheriff's deputies.

She was indicted by a federal grand jury and pleaded guilty to access device fraud and aggravated identity theft. U.S. District Judge Edward Chen sentenced her to 27 months in prison and ordered her to pay restitution to two banks.

Her father, Artie Mitchell, co-owned a San Francisco strip club and produced porn movies. He was shot and killed by his brother Jim Mitchell in 1991.
