The Clover Scoop Shop will open mid-November in the newly-renovated lobby of the Clover Theater, 121 E. First St. in Cloverdale.
The new business will feature Petaluma’s Three Twins organic ice cream in cups, cones, shakes, floats and sundaes. Shannon Moore, Cloverdale’s Flour Girl, is creating a specialty shake and float menu.
Owners Kathryn and Ryan Hecht say the shop will be open 365 days a year with limited indoor seating. Although it will be located inside the theater building, Scoop Shop customers will not need a movie ticket to come inside.
