Clearlake police seek man accused of masturbating at city parks

Clearlake police Tuesday were investigating reports of a man masturbating at city parks.

Witnesses called police at least twice in November to report seeing a white man masturbating in a car at Redbud and Austin parks, Sgt. Rodd Joseph said.

The man was described as in his early 40s with short brown-gray hair, between 280 and 320 pounds and between 6-foot-3 and 6-foot-7, Joseph said. The vehicle was described as a newer white Toyota 4-door sedan.

Police have a person of interest in the incidents, Joseph said.
