Survey: Measles outbreak and vaccinations

Tell us what you think about the current measles outbreak and vaccination requirements.|

An outbreak of measles centered around Disneyland and subsequent comments by presidential candidates have put the issue of requiring vaccines for children back in the public spotlight.

In California, parents do not have to vaccinate their children before kindergarten if they claim a religious or philosophical exemption. The state has had close to 100 cases of measles this year. Other states, with more strict vaccination rules but also fewer residents, have seen far fewer cases.
