A Santa Rosa woman with Alzheimer’s missing from her home has been found, police officials said.

The 68-year-old woman spoke with a family member at about 11 a.m. but was not at her residence near Piner and Marlow roads when a neighbor checked on her at about 12:30 p.m., Sgt. Brenda Harrington said.

Police asked for the public’s help finding the woman, noting that she was mobile and able to communicate but may be confused.

She was found at about 3:30 p.m. in her neighborhood. She was in good condition and found with her dog, Harrington said.
