Three people have been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of a 27-year-old Millbrae man whose body was found north of Healdsburg on May 11.

Keith Cameron Green's decomposed body was found along a dirt road near the Lytton Springs Road exit off Highway 101.

His ex-girlfriend is among three suspects in his death, the San Mateo Sheriff's Office announced Monday.

The suspects are Tiffany Li, 30, of Hillsborough, Green's former girlfriend and the mother of his two young children; Kaveh Bayat, 29, of Hillsborough, Li's current boyfriend; and Olivier Adella, 40, of Burlingame.

Detectives said they are still building a case against the three suspects and trying to ascertain a motive in the killing.

Green, who was a culinary student, was reported missing on April 29 after he failed to return home from a meeting with Li at the Millbrea Pancake House the night before.

His cell phone was discovered by a hiker in Golden Gate Park the day after he disappeared.

'At the time he went missing we didn't know who he was meeting. Once we spoke to the suspect, we learned she had in fact met with him,' said San Mateo County Sheriff's Detective Salvador Zuno.

He was unable to say what the meeting was about or how Green and Li, who shared custody of their children, were getting along.

Monday's arrests came on the heels of an intensive investigation into Green's suspicious disappearance, which turned into a homicide case after his body was found.

Sonoma County Sheriff's deputies found his body while escorting members of a homeless outreach group who were looking for an encampment in a nearby field, according to Zuno.

Authorities declined to say how Green was killed.

'Because the investigation is ongoing, we can't go into specifics of how he was killed or describe his injury,' Zuno said.

The three suspects were booked into Maguire Correctional Facility in Redwood City on charges of murder and conspiracy.

They are being held without bail and are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.
