Dump truck crash snarls traffic on Highway 37

A three-vehicle crash that included a dump truck snarled traffic on Highway 37 Wednesday morning, CHP officials said.

The collision was reported at 7:58 a.m. on westbound Highway 37 just east of Highway 121 near Sears Point in Sonoma County. The highway in that area is one lane in each direction.

Preliminary reports show the incident was a chain-reaction crash involving a dump truck, a gray SUV and a black Dodge pickup, CHP Officer Andrew Barclay said.
