Suspected Santa Rosa burglar caught after foot chase with deputies

Deputies found a man sitting atop a tractor, trying to drive it from a golf course maintenance yard, reported authorities.|

Deputies discovered Bethurum had loaded up a trailer attached to the tractor he was trying to steal. Inside the trailer was equipment taken from a maintenance shed.
