A report of domestic violence Tuesday morning led Clearlake police to a parolee with a long list of felony violations.

Clarence Hall, 40, of Clearlake was arrested at a home on the 4200 block of Crandall Avenue, according to a police report. Officers located a loaded handgun, about 20 grams of suspected methamphetamine, more than a pound of processed marijuana and two digital scales.

A female victim called police at 9 a.m. and told officers that Hall had “committed several acts of domestic violence” over a period of two weeks, police said. She told officers Hall had likely fled to the Crandall Avenue home.

Hall, who was on county-supervised parole, was booked into the Lake County Jail on suspicion of numerous felony offenses, including domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, making terrorist threats, possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of marijuana for sale, and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
