A 15-year-old Petaluma boy was arrested early Monday morning after breaking into Casa Grande High School just after midnight, police said.

The teen, whose name was not released because he is a juvenile, was found along the perimeter of the building after police responded at 12:27 a.m. to a burglar alarm at the high school, according to a news release from the Petaluma Police Department.

On campus, police found an open window to a school building, and the boy was found to be in possession of documents and keys, said Cpl. Ryan McGreevy.

He was taken to Juvenile Hall.
